RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return, however, Style Digz must be contacted in 24 hours from delivery date. Please exam your items as soon as they arrive to start the return process and email us immediately: email@example.com. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please contact us prior to returning, within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise we will not accept unauthorized returns.
Due to the nature of our products, worn merchandise cannot be returned. Merchandise will be deemed defective only if it is caused by manufacturer, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Remember to contact Style Digz in 24 hours of delivery to get the process started. Merchandise damaged after delivery is not considered faulty and would not be eligible for in store credit or exchange. All sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds will be made in the form of an in store credit. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount.
